Who can take part
- You were diagnosed with invasive breast cancer within the last 5 years
- Your cancer risk was high based on tumor/lab tests (like lymph node involvement, ER/PR/Her2 results, recurrence score, or leftover disease after chemo)
- You finished all main treatment (surgery, chemo, radiation, and any Her2 therapy) at least 4 weeks ago, and side effects have mostly improved
- A study bone-marrow test found detectable circulating tumor cells after treatment
- You have no signs of breast cancer spreading based on exam, blood tests, and required scan rules for this study
- You can take pills by mouth and your blood counts, liver, and kidney tests are in safe ranges
