Who can take part

  • Be at least 18 years old and able to sign informed consent
  • Have HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread (metastatic) and was confirmed by biopsy, with ER/PR/HER2 testing on that sample
  • Your tumor must be AR-positive (androgen receptor–positive), meaning at least 1% staining on a lab test of the metastatic tumor
  • Have measurable or assessable disease on scans (CT chest/abdomen/pelvis with bone scan or PET/CT)
  • If you are ER+ or PR+, you must have had at least 1 prior hormone (endocrine) treatment for metastatic disease; if triple-negative, prior chemotherapy limits apply
