- Your liver function is in the right range (Child-Pugh A) and bilirubin is not too high
- You have measurable tumor spots on scans, and you can start treatment soon
- You have confirmed hepatitis and HIV testing results, and HIV must be negative
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample for biomarker/PD-L1 testing
