Who can take part
- You have a diagnosis of glomerulonephropathy (a type of kidney filtering disorder) or are part of the CureGN study
- Your age is 5 to 55 years (women must be premenopausal)
- You can provide consent (and child assent if you’re a child)
- You’ve been on a stable vitamin D plan (vitamin D supplement or active vitamin D treatment) for at least 3 months
- If you could become pregnant: you must have a negative pregnancy test
- You are not on certain bone- and hormone-affecting medicines in the last 12 months
