  • You are age 18 or older with a confirmed primary brain/spinal tumor that has come back
  • Your tumor can be measured on scans, and standard treatments have been tried or there is no option left
  • You can do daily activities at least fairly well (Karnofsky score 70 or higher)
  • Your past treatment side effects are mostly improved before starting (certain problems allowed at low grades)
  • You can swallow the study medicine and get MRI scans with contrast dye
  • Lab tests and general organ function (blood counts, liver, kidneys) meet safety thresholds
