Who can take part
- You are a child or young adult (age 2–21) or at least 2 years old for the imaging “target validation” part.
- Your tumor type and gene results must match the study: DMG with H3K27 altered (for DMG arms/parts) or a different recurrent malignant brain tumor (for the non-DMG arm).
- For the treatment arms, you must have finished prior radiation and be far enough out from chemotherapy/other medicines that side effects have mostly improved.
- You must be able to provide tumor tissue (for most arms, enough preserved samples/slides or a new tissue sample).
- Your body function tests must be safe enough (blood counts, liver/kidney tests) and infections must be controlled.
- You and/or your partner must use birth control during the study if pregnancy is possible; you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
