Who can take part
- You have a tumor called pheochromocytoma or paraganglioma that cannot be removed with surgery.
- You have already tried standard treatments, or you cannot take them for medical reasons.
- Your blood pressure is well-controlled (150/90 or lower) and you haven't changed your blood pressure pills in the last 2 weeks.
- You are able to swallow pills and are at least 18 years old.
- You are generally in good health (able to do most daily activities) and have no major heart problems or other serious illnesses.
- You have not taken the study drug ONC206 or a similar drug called ONC201 before.
