Who can take part

  • You agree to take part by signing informed consent
  • You had a single kidney transplant and it was at least 6 months ago
  • Your biopsy shows late or chronic active antibody-mediated rejection (based on Banff 2022 criteria)
  • Your kidney filtering (eGFR) is at least 20
  • Your blood test shows EBV IgG positive (you’ve been exposed to EBV)
  • You do not have active infections or other major exclusions (like active TB, hepatitis viruses by PCR, or current serious infection)
