Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Your transplanted kidney must be working for at least 6 months
- You have antibodies attacking your transplant (confirmed by blood tests and kidney biopsy)
- Your kidney function is at least moderate (eGFR ≥ 25)
- You must be willing to have a kidney biopsy within 4 weeks of starting treatment
- You cannot have active infections, certain cancers, or severe other diseases
