Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You had a kidney transplant at least 6 months ago and your kidney function is stable.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of antibody-mediated rejection (a type of kidney rejection) from a biopsy.
  • You have donor-specific antibodies (proteins that attack the donor kidney) in your blood.
  • You have not received certain antibody-depleting treatments (like IVIG, plasmapheresis, rituximab, bortezomib, or eculizumab) within the last 3 months.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use reliable birth control during the study.
