Who can take part
- You have follicular non-Hodgkin lymphoma that is CD30-positive (CD30 “on” on more than 1% of tumor cells or nearby cells).
- Your lymphoma is measurable on a CT or PET scan, with at least one spot at least 1.5 cm long.
- Your lymphoma has relapsed or is refractory after at least 1 prior treatment regimen.
- You are well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–2).
- Your blood counts and organ tests meet minimum levels (including white blood cells, neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin, liver enzymes, bilirubin, and kidney function).
- If you can become pregnant or can father a child, you must use effective birth control during the study and for 5 months after the last dose.
