Pembrolizumab plus brentuximab for relapsed T-cell lymphoma

T-Cell Lymphoma

Treatments studied

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This Phase 2 study tests pembrolizumab together with brentuximab for people whose T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma has come back or stopped responding to treatment. It may help shrink the lymphoma and improve long-term control by boosting the immune system and targeting a protein called CD30.

NCT05180097Recruiting· Phase 2
Immunotherapy with stem cell transplant for relapsed Hodgkin lymphoma

This Phase 2 trial tests whether pembrolizumab plus brentuximab works better than standard chemotherapy followed by an autologous stem cell transplant for people whose classic Hodgkin lymphoma has come back or did not respond. It may help by improving cancer control before and around stem cell transplant and by comparing outcomes between the two treatment approaches.
