Who can take part

  • You have a grade 4 brain tumor (glioblastoma) that has come back or is worsening
  • Your tumor testing shows an EGFR mutation or extra EGFR (amplified) from standard lab testing
  • Your recent brain MRI shows true tumor progression (not just scar tissue from prior radiation)
  • You already had brain radiation and it finished at least 90 days before starting this study
  • You’re able to receive repeated IV treatments and are willing to get a central line/port (portacath)
  • If you can get pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use reliable birth control during the study and for 8 weeks after
