Who can take part
- Your heart’s pumping strength (LVEF) is 50% or higher
- Blood test shows heart-failure–related marker: NT-proBNP over 220 pg/mL or BNP over 80 pg/mL
- You currently have symptoms of heart failure
- Your heart scan or ultrasound shows at least one structural change (like thicker heart muscle or enlarged left atrium) and evidence of abnormal heart function
- You do not have certain other heart conditions (like specific cardiomyopathies) or major heart rhythm/valve/pericardial problems
