Who can take part
- Have advanced or metastatic breast, prostate, or lung cancer that fits this study’s type (for breast: ER-positive and HER2-negative).
- For ER+ HER2- breast cancer: your tumor must be ER-positive (at least 1% positive cells) and HER2-negative (IHC 0/1+ or a negative HER2 gene test).
- Have had enough time since prior treatments (no major surgery, radiation, or anti-cancer therapy within 3 weeks) and side effects must have improved to mild levels.
- Have at least one measurable tumor area that can be measured on scans and has not been previously irradiated.
- Be able to do study activities: ECOG performance status 0 or 1 (you’re fully up and about or limited but still active).
- Meet key safety checks: adequate kidney, liver, and bone marrow function, and an acceptable heart rhythm on ECG. Also must not have pregnancy or breastfeeding.
