- You work for Pasadena Independent School District (ISD), or you finished a weight-loss program in the last 12 months
- If you are a Pasadena ISD employee, you must have completed the Vibrant Lives program
- Your Vibrant Lives weight-loss program must be completed (for Pasadena ISD employees)
- If you are not a Pasadena ISD employee, you must have finished a weight-loss program within the last 12 months
