Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your BMI is 25 or higher (overweight range)
  • You weigh 175 kg (about 385 lbs) or less
  • You have a smartphone that works with Fitbit (iPhone with iOS 16.4+ or Android 11+) with a plan
  • You do not use weight loss medications or have had bariatric surgery
  • You can walk briskly for at least 10 minutes without stopping
