Who can take part

  • You have liver cancer that came back after you previously had curative treatment
  • Your cancer can be removed by surgery (resectable), as judged by the study team
  • There is at least one measurable tumor spot they can track on scans, and you have not had local treatments for it yet (except curative ablation)
  • Your general condition is good (ECOG 0–1) and your liver function is in a workable range (Child-Pugh 5–7)
  • You can and agree to provide a tissue biopsy and blood samples before starting treatment
  • Your kidneys, blood counts, and bone marrow function are adequate, based on lab tests
