- You’re age 18 or older
- You have cancer that is confirmed or strongly suspected to have spread to the liver
- You can provide written informed consent
- You can receive treatment at IRCCS San Raffaele
- For colon cancer: your energy/ability score is 0–1 (ECOG) at enrollment
