Part of Cancer, Kidney & urinary clinical trials.

This trial tests whether adding an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab) to chemotherapy before surgery can improve outcomes for people with high-grade upper tract urothelial cancer. It compares different treatment approaches based on whether a patient can receive cisplatin chemotherapy.
