Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with high-risk cancer in the upper urinary tract (urothelial carcinoma).
- The cancer has not spread beyond nearby lymph nodes (N1 or less) and has no distant metastases (M0).
- You are planning to have surgery to remove the affected kidney and ureter (radical nephroureterectomy).
- You are generally healthy, with a performance status of 0 or 1 (able to carry out normal activities).
- Your kidney function is good, with a GFR of at least 45 ml/min, and you are able to receive cisplatin-based chemotherapy.
- You are at least 18 years old and have signed an informed consent form.
