Chemotherapy before surgery for high-risk kidney/ureter cancer

UTUCNAC

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Kidney & urinary clinical trials.

This trial tests whether giving chemotherapy before surgery can help people with high-risk upper tract urothelial cancer (a cancer in the kidney or ureter). The goal is to see if it improves outcomes for those who are healthy enough to receive cisplatin-based chemotherapy and undergo surgery.
