Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have confirmed high-risk upper urinary tract urothelial cancer
- You must have tumor tissue available from a past sample or a new biopsy (not previously treated with radiation)
- You recently have recovery and blood-test levels that fit the trial (including white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, kidney and liver measures)
- You are generally well enough for treatment (ECOG 0–1) and can have screening tests within about 10 days before starting
- You have not had certain prior cancer treatments like prior PD-1/PD-L1/PD-L2 medicines, and you had no recent chemotherapy or investigational therapy
- You can’t be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must follow birth-control rules during treatment and for at least 6 months after the last dose
