Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older
- You live with a person who has dementia and you are their caregiver
- You have ongoing insomnia symptoms for at least 6 months
- Your insomnia is affecting you during the day (mood, thinking, social life, or work)
- Your screening shows moderate insomnia (Insomnia Severity Index score usually 9 or higher)
- You are not currently using sleep medicines, or you’ve been on a stable plan for 6+ weeks
