Who can take part
- Be an adult (18 years or older) with symptomatic TGCT that causes major problems and can’t be fixed with surgery
- You must have had liver test changes that were linked to Turalio (pexidartinib) exposure
- Your liver test pattern must match one of these: AST/ALT >3× and bilirubin >2×, or bilirubin alone >2× (not from Gilbert’s syndrome)
- Another acceptable pattern is AST or ALT alone >10×, or ALP >2× with GGT >2×
- You must agree to study procedures and long-term safety follow-up, and allow use of related Turalio risk-program data
