Who can take part
- You had prostate surgery (radical prostatectomy) for prostate cancer
- Your PSA is rising after surgery, with PSA above 0.2 and below 2.0, and it has increased on two blood tests
- A team of specialists agreed to offer you salvage radiation (“SRT”) based on your case
- You can sign the informed consent form to join the study
- You have NOT previously been treated for a PSA recurrence with radiation or other salvage therapy
