Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your multiple myeloma has returned or is resistant, and you’ve had at least 2 prior treatment lines for myeloma.
  • Your disease must be measurable by lab tests (M protein or related markers in blood/urine).
  • Your general health score is ECOG 0–1, meaning you can do most usual activities.
  • You can use effective birth control (if you could become pregnant or father a child).
  • You can meet key safety lab and organ-function limits (blood counts, kidney function, liver tests, and certain mineral levels).
