  • You must have multiple myeloma that has come back or is not responding to treatment.
  • You must have tried at least 1 but no more than 3 prior treatments for this disease.
  • Your cancer must be measurable, meaning certain levels in your blood or urine are high enough to track.
  • You must not be allergic to any of the study drugs or their components.
  • You must be willing to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
