Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and can sign consent to take part in study tests
- Your body’s performance is not too limited (ECOG score of 2 or less)
- Your myeloma must be measurable on tests (blood or urine protein or light-chain results)
- You have had at least one prior treatment line, including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor, and your disease progressed within 60 days of finishing the last treatment
- Your blood counts and organ function are adequate (white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, kidney, and liver checks must meet limits)
- If you can become pregnant, you must follow the Pomalyst REMS pregnancy-prevention rules and use effective birth control; you must also be able to swallow pomalidomide capsules whole
