Who can take part
- You have early breast cancer only in one breast (not both) that has not spread (stage pT1, pN0, M0)
- Your tumor is HER2-positive (either IHC 3+, or IHC 2+ with a positive FISH test)
- You are healthy enough for treatment (ECOG 0–1) and your organ function is adequate
- You are not pregnant and not breastfeeding
- You have never had chemotherapy, hormone (endocrine) therapy, targeted (biologic) therapy, or radiation for any reason
- You can follow the study plan and sign informed consent; you should be willing to avoid certain vaccines around treatment
