Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 18 to 75.
  • You have not yet received any treatment for breast cancer.
  • Your cancer is HER2-positive and either early-stage or locally advanced, confirmed by a biopsy.
  • You are not pregnant and agree to use effective birth control if you could become pregnant.
  • You must have adequate organ function, which will be checked with blood and urine tests.
  • You can walk and take care of yourself (ECOG performance status of 0 or 1).
