Who can take part

  • Be age 18 to 65 and be willing to sign consent
  • Have relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) based on specific timing and prior treatment history
  • Have CD19 found on leukemia cells in blood or bone marrow within 3 months of starting the study
  • Have at least 5% lymphoblasts in a bone marrow sample at screening
  • Be well enough to participate (ECOG 0 to 1) and have adequate liver, kidney, and blood clotting lab results
  • Not have certain recent treatments: no chemotherapy in the last 2 weeks before the CNCT19 infusion (with detailed exceptions) and no prior CAR-T therapy
