Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You must have a type of leukemia called B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that is CD19 positive and has come back or not responded to treatment.
  • You must be in reasonably good health, with normal organ function (kidneys, liver, heart, lungs).
  • You cannot have had a previous CAR-T cell therapy or targeted CD19 treatment.
  • You cannot have active leukemia in your brain or spinal cord, or uncontrolled infections.

After CAR-T, some patients may go on to a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if the CAR-T can lead to remission and who needs a transplant.
