CNCT19 for B-ALL with minimal remaining cancer after first remission

Who can take part

  • You are between 16 and 70 years old.
  • You have B-ALL and are in first remission, but have a very small number of cancer cells still in your bone marrow (MRD-positive).
  • Your cancer cells test positive for a marker called CD19.
  • Your overall health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0-1).
  • Your organs (liver, kidneys, heart, lungs) are working well.
