Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery
- Your cancer progressed after 1 or 2 prior treatments (for the part of the study that allows prior therapy)
- Your tumor is HER2-positive based on lab testing of stored tumor tissue
- You can do most daily activities (WHO/ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
- Your scans show measurable cancer spots you can be followed over time
- Your blood counts and major organ function (and bone marrow) meet study lab requirements
