Who can take part
- You are 20 years or older.
- You have advanced non-squamous lung cancer that can't be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body, and it has a specific HER2 gene mutation (found through a blood or tumor test).
- You have brain metastases that are not causing symptoms, and you haven't needed steroids or seizure medicine for them.
- You have already tried platinum-based chemotherapy and it stopped working.
- You are in good general health (able to do daily activities) with adequate heart, blood, liver, and kidney function.
- You are not pregnant, and you agree to use effective birth control during and after the study.
