Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older and can clearly agree to participate
- Your doctor follows you at one of the participating hospital services
- You have one of these conditions: myelodysplastic syndrome, multiple myeloma, MGUS, or Schnitzler’s syndrome
- You have a fever with no clear cause plus symptoms such as rash, joint pain/arthritis, chest/lung/heart covering inflammation (serositis), or belly pain
- You speak French and can answer questions or describe your symptoms
- Doctors do not think there is another obvious explanation for your symptoms
