HTLP injection to speed immune recovery after cord blood transplant

Who can take part

  • You are age 18 to under 66, and planning an allogeneic (donor) stem cell transplant
  • You have a blood cancer (a hematologic malignancy)
  • You do not have a fully matched sibling or fully matched unrelated donor (10/10 match is required for those options)
  • You have two eligible umbilical cord blood units that meet specific lab matching levels (about 4/8 up to 8/8 by HLA) and cell-count requirements
  • Blood tests show no harmful donor antibodies at or above the study’s threshold (DSA MFI must be 5000 or less)
  • Your heart and organ tests are adequate (heart pumping ability, liver enzymes/bilirubin, and kidney clearance must be within limits)
