This trial studies how well different heart tests (imaging the blood flow and measuring blood pressure in the heart) work for people with stable chest pain. It may help guide safer, more accurate evaluation when you are not having a heart attack.

Who can take part
- You have chest pain that your clinician suspects is from reduced blood flow to the heart, but it is not an emergency
- Your care team says you need a non-urgent (non-acute) check of your coronary arteries
- You fit one of these groups: you have had a prior heart procedure/stent/bypass, or you have not had one before and you meet age/risk timing needs
- If you have not had a prior heart procedure: you are 65+ with chest pain, or you are 50–64 with typical exertion-related chest pain plus at least one heart risk condition
- You do NOT have recent heart-attack-related hospitalization in the last 6 months
- You must be able to take contrast dye and adenosine (a medicine used during testing), and you should not have severe kidney problems or known atrial fibrillation
