Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older
- Have early breast cancer (stage I to IIIC) and be starting paclitaxel-based chemotherapy soon
- Plan to receive paclitaxel 80 mg per square meter (body size measure) weekly by IV for 12 doses
- Have no nerve problems before starting chemotherapy (no pre-existing neuropathy)
- Be able to do German reading/speaking and sign informed consent
