Weight-loss medicine for people with ulcerative colitis
Part of Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.
This study tests whether a weight-loss medication, along with usual ulcerative colitis care, can help people who have both ulcerative colitis and obesity. It focuses on people with active symptoms or who need ongoing steroid medicine, and it also checks safety with heart, blood, infection, and mental-health screenings.
