Who can take part

  • You are scheduled for or have had a total knee replacement (TKA)
  • You are not currently using benzodiazepines (anti-anxiety/sleep medicines)
  • You are not currently taking anti-depressants
  • You are not taking oxycodone (a strong opioid pain medicine)
  • You do not have obstructive sleep apnea or severe breathing problems or myasthenia
