- You are 18 or older.
- You have moderate to severe insomnia (like trouble falling or staying asleep most nights).
- You have pain from arthritis in your hip or knee that is at least a 4 out of 10, especially when walking.

- You do not have other sleep disorders like sleep apnea, narcolepsy, or restless legs.
