Who can take part

  • Have a performance status (ECOG) of 0–2 and be able to take part in daily activities
  • Have at least 3 months of expected life, as judged by your study doctor
  • Be able to swallow and keep down an oral pill (and plan to take it by mouth)
  • Have enough organ function based on blood tests and other checks
  • Have had appropriate prior treatment for your exact cancer type (CLL/SLL, Richter transformation, mantle cell lymphoma, marginal zone lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, or Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia)
  • Have measurable or active disease on scans or tests (rules vary by cancer type)
