Who can take part

  • You’re 18 years or older and can sign an informed consent form
  • Your cancer is either melanoma, uveal melanoma, or metastatic head and neck cancer—and standard treatment is no longer an option
  • Your tumor tests positive for MC2 (more than 5% of tumor cells) from a biopsy (archival or new)
  • You have the HLA-A2*02:01 blood type, and you must have measurable tumors on scans
  • You must be able to get planned tumor biopsies and be well enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–1)
  • Recent standard therapy must have been tried and cancer must have progressed (timing limits apply)
