Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  • Your head and neck cancer must be advanced and no longer responding to standard treatments.
  • Your tumor must have high levels of a protein called Trop2 (score 2+ and at least 40% of cells).
  • You must be able to walk and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You cannot have had certain previous treatments like CAR-T therapy or cancer vaccines.
