Part of Digestive system, Genetic & congenital, Hormones & metabolism, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This Phase 2 trial tests a weekly GLP-1 medicine (dulaglutide) to improve blood sugar control in adults with cystic fibrosis (CF) who have trouble managing glucose. It may help people with CF-related prediabetes or diabetes by improving how their body handles sugar.

Study incretin hormone response in adults with cystic fibrosis

This study tests how the body’s “incretin” hormones affect insulin (sugar control) in adults with cystic fibrosis and certain blood sugar patterns. It may help explain what drives diabetes risk in cystic fibrosis and how the body responds to these hormone signals.

Weekly semaglutide with closed-loop system for type 1 diabetes

This trial tests whether adding a weekly semaglutide injection (a GLP-1 drug) to a closed-loop insulin system can help reduce the need for carb counting in people with type 1 diabetes. It aims to improve blood sugar control and make diabetes management easier.
