Who can take part

  • You have liver cancer or liver metastases that are confirmed by pathology (biopsy/surgery) or by specific scan features
  • Your liver has 5 or fewer measurable lesions on a CT or MRI done within the last 90 days
  • Your main liver tumor(s) are small enough overall to be 25 cm or less
  • Your cancer cannot be removed by surgery (it’s considered unresectable) and you can safely receive radiation
  • Your overall health is good enough (performance status 0–3) and you’re expected to live more than 6 months
