  • You are a mother who is a service member, veteran, or married to a service member or veteran
  • You have a child between the ages of 2 and 10
  • You have legal and physical custody of your child
  • You have experienced a traumatic event at some point in your life
  • You currently have symptoms of PTSD, depression, or low parenting confidence
  • You can speak English or Spanish and can receive services at a Cohen Military Family Clinic
