Who can take part

  • Your tumor must be confirmed to have an ALK gene fusion (from a test like F1CDx or prior gene sequencing).
  • Your cancer must have relapsed or not responded to prior treatment, or there must be no satisfactory standard treatment available.
  • The cancer must be measurable/evaluable with standard scan/assessment rules (RECIST, RANO, or related criteria).
  • You must be able to provide tumor tissue for testing (new biopsy if needed, or stored tissue from diagnosis).
  • You must have sufficient bone marrow health and be well enough to take part (age-based activity score about 50% or higher).
  • You (and the caregiver) must be able and willing to do required study visits and assessments for the whole study.
