Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have stage IV non-small cell lung cancer with an ALK gene change.
  • You have at least one brain tumor seen on an MRI, and it is not causing symptoms or only mild symptoms.
  • You are planning to take or have already started alectinib (a targeted therapy) within the last 8 weeks.
  • You have seen a radiation oncologist and they have approved a plan for brain radiation.
